CorePower Yoga is seeking a New Studio Opening Coordinator to support the Director of NSO. You will manage day-to-day admin, track milestones, and coordinate cross-functional partners to ensure timely openings.

The role mixes on-site setup with travel to new studios, contributing to a seamless launch experience. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in operations or project coordination, excellent organization, and strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, project coordination or executive support.
• Exceptional organization and follow-through.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience supporting a senior leader in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare agendas, recaps, and meeting notes for key stakeholder meetings.
• Track opening milestones and update checklists across multiple studio projects.
• Coordinate calendars and vendor schedules for openings.
• Travel to new studio openings as needed and support on-site setup.
