CorePower Yoga is hiring a New Studio Opening Coordinator to act as the operational right hand to the Director of New Studio Openings. You will manage day-to-day admin tasks, milestone tracking, and travel to set up new studios.

The role requires a detail-oriented, fast-paced, and collaborative individual. You will coordinate with cross-functional partners, support scheduling, and ensure brand standards are met during openings.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, project coordination, and executive support.
• Exceptional organization and follow-through.
• Comfort managing multiple concurrent projects with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare agendas, recaps, and meeting notes for key stakeholder meetings.
• Track opening milestones and completion rates; maintain opening checklists.
• Coordinate vendor schedules, manage calendars, and travel for opening weeks.
• Travel to new studio locations during openings; act as point of contact and turnover captain.
