Pilates Addiction - Southwest Las Vegas is seeking a Part-Time Studio Associate who will deliver a high-energy member experience, drive studio growth, and actively sell memberships. The role focuses on follow-up, relationship-building with prospects, and representing the brand in the community.

The ideal candidate has sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced studio environment. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is required, with experience in a fitness studio, boutique fitness environment, wellness business, or membership-based business strongly preferred.
• You should be polished, personable, dependable, and comfortable selling.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and some holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, high-energy experience for members and prospective members.
• Sell memberships and explain options.
• Follow up with leads daily via phone, text, and email.
• Build relationships with prospects and convert inquiries into memberships.
• Assist with grassroots marketing, community outreach, and studio events.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentation-ready studio during shifts.
• Support front-of-house responsibilities and day-to-day operations.
• Work with Studio Educators, fellow Studio Associates, and the Studio Manager.
