You will sell memberships, follow up with leads daily, and collaborate with the Studio Manager and team to maintain a high-energy studio atmosphere. Availability for evenings and weekends is required.

• Represent the Pilates Addiction brand professionally inside and outside the studio.

Part-Time Studio Associate | $20/hour + Sales Commission

Pilates Addiction is growing in Las Vegas, and we’re looking for an energetic, outgoing, and sales-driven Studio Associate to join our Southwest Las Vegas team.

This is much more than a traditional front-desk position. Our Studio Associates play an important role in creating the member experience, driving studio growth, following up with prospective members, and representing the Pilates Addiction brand both inside the studio and throughout the community.

We’re looking for someone who is polished, personable, dependable, and comfortable selling. You should genuinely enjoy connecting with people, working as part of a team, and creating an environment where members feel welcomed from the moment they walk through the door.

What You’ll Do

• Create a welcoming, high-energy experience for members and prospective members

• Sell Pilates Addiction memberships and confidently explain membership options

• Follow up with new and existing leads daily through phone calls, text messages, and email

• Build relationships with prospects and help convert inquiries into memberships

• Assist with grassroots marketing, community outreach, studio events, and local partnerships

• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentation-ready studio throughout each shift

• Assist with day-to-day studio maintenance and operational needs

• Support member check-in and general front-of-house responsibilities

• Work closely with our educators, fellow Studio Associates, and Studio Manager

• Represent the Pilates Addiction brand professionally and enthusiastically both inside and outside the studio

• Remain composed, solutions-oriented, and professional in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

Previous sales experience is required, with experience in a fitness studio, boutique fitness environment, wellness business, or membership-based business strongly preferred.

Our ideal candidate is comfortable initiating conversations and consistently following up with leads—not simply waiting for someone to walk through the door. You should be confident on the phone, comfortable asking for the sale, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities at once.

You must work well with others, respond professionally under pressure, take direction and feedback well, and be someone your teammates can depend on.

Availability for evenings, weekends, and some holidays is required.

Compensation

$20/hour + sales commission

Reporting Structure

Studio Associates report directly to the Studio Manager and work collaboratively with the entire Pilates Addiction studio team.
