Job description

What is the job?

The Food & Beverage Support Coordinator is behind the scenes of Regal’s blockbuster food & beverage operation. Just like a film crew keeps the magic rolling on set, you’ll be part of the team that supports theatres nationwide to deliver the ultimate movie‑going experience—snacks, drinks, and all.

You’ll partner with field personnel and vendors to make sure theatres are stocked, costs are in check, and everything from popcorn to soda is ready for showtime. If you enjoy problem‑solving, working with people, and keeping things running smoothly, this is your chance to play a key role in the Regal story.

What will you be doing?
  • You’ll be the go‑to for field personnel, helping them solve food & beverage challenges and liaising with vendors.
  • You’ll research, set up, and maintain product accounts with distributors so theatres always have the right snacks on hand.
  • You’ll keep track of costs, inventories, and orders, helping theatres stay on budget while delighting guests.
  • You’ll maintain accurate price books, order guides, and licensing documents—making sure everything behind the curtain is show‑ready.
  • You’ll use your Microsoft Office skills to organize, analyze, and communicate important data.
About You
  • You’re a natural problem‑solver who enjoys supporting others and providing great customer service.
  • You’ve got experience in food service, operations, or support functions (2+ years is ideal).
  • You’re comfortable with Microsoft Office—Excel, Word, and databases are your tools of choice.
  • You’re detail‑oriented, organized, and able to keep multiple tasks in focus (like juggling multiple storylines in a blockbuster).
  • You bring initiative, good judgment, and a collaborative spirit to every project.
  • You will be a great fit, if our values resonate with you: We Create, We Perform, We Inspire.
