Job summary

Stretch Zone is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to lead daily operations and drive membership sales in our health, wellness and fitness studio in Petaluma, CA. You will coach a high-energy team, ensure a premium client experience, and align with company standards.

You'll manage scheduling, payroll, and performance of staff, monitor KPIs, and contribute to community engagement. This role offers ongoing training and opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding wellness brand.
