Job summary

FACEGYM is seeking a Studio Manager to lead the West Hollywood studio end to end. You will develop a high-performing team, deliver an exceptional client experience, drive revenue and profitability, and build a workplace people are proud to be part of.

You'll also be a local ambassador, growing the client base through partnerships and events while maintaining brand standards across operations and skincare knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team in a fast-paced, service-led environment.
• Experience in fitness, beauty or wellness is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial and hands-on with ability to grow an established business.

Responsibilities

• Lead the West Hollywood studio end to end and drive revenue, profitability and client experience.
• Build and coach a high-performing team with KPI-driven coaching.
• Grow membership and loyalty through activations, partnerships and events.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience by ensuring workouts follow protocol and resolving complaints.
• Run a tight operation with inventory, health and safety, and POS systems.

POSITION: Studio Manager (full-time)

REPORTS TO: US District Manager

BASED AT: FACEGYM West Hollywood Studio, California

SALARY: $75-80K base plus a generous monthly target bonus

FACEGYM is looking for an experienced Studio Manager to lead our established West Hollywood studio. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a high-performing location, inspire an exceptional team, and continue growing a loyal community in one of Los Angeles' most vibrant neighbourhoods.

THE ROLE

As Studio Manager, you'll lead the West Hollywood studio end to end. You'll develop a high-performing team, deliver an exceptional client experience, drive revenue and profitability, and create a workplace people are proud to be part of.

You’ll also be a key ambassador for FACEGYM in the local community, building brand awareness through partnerships, events and outreach, while continuing to grow our loyal client base and membership community.

What You'll Own

Lead and grow the business

• Drive the continued success of the West Hollywood studio, ensuring exceptional operational standards and client experience every day.
• Build strong local relationships through networking, partnerships, outreach and community marketing.
• Plan and host community events, member activations and brand partnerships that drive new client acquisition and membership growth.

Build and lead the team

• Coach and develop a team that consistently delivers against KPI targets, with clear step-by-step feedback and coaching where goals aren't yet met.
• Create a positive, motivating environment where the team feels supported, confident and proud of their work.
• Support the team in overcoming selling challenges and build the confidence to create retail theatre that attracts new clients during quieter moments.

Grow membership and loyalty

• Champion the membership program by promoting its benefits, encouraging sign-ups, and making sure every team member can speak to it confidently.
• Keep a sharp focus on client loyalty, occupancy and rebooking, inspiring the team to keep raising the bar on their own goals.
• Coach the team to strengthen client conversations at every stage of the workout, making the most of every opportunity to grow revenue.

Deliver an exceptional experience

• Ensure every workout is delivered to protocol, consistently, so clients get instant and long-term results they can see and feel.
• Confidently manage and resolve client complaints and challenges, in studio and over the phone.
• Keep building the team's knowledge of skincare, products and workouts so expertise shows in every interaction.

Run a tight operation

• Manage studio inventory so you're always stocked with the products and tools needed for the full range of workouts.
• Uphold health and safety guidelines, including the sterilisation and storage of all equipment, and keep the studio and workstations clean and presentable.
• Stay proficient in the Zenoti system for accurate bookings, reporting and team usage, and operate point of sale systems, card machines and tills efficiently.
• Complete and check all required studio and team paperwork, uphold grooming and hygiene standards across the team, and support other locations where the wider business needs you.

• A natural community builder, with experience running local events, activations or partnerships that grow brand awareness and business.
• Commercially sharp and comfortable with numbers, KPIs and financial data, with a talent for turning targets into results.
• Calm under pressure, an excellent communicator and negotiator, and someone who thrives on tight deadlines and a busy studio floor.
