Job summary

FACEGYM is seeking a Licensed Esthetician & Front of House to deliver our signature facial workouts in Los Angeles and support the Front of House team, with travel to Tribeca, NoHo, Nordstrom, Saks and UES studios as needed.

You will welcome clients, perform workouts and treatments, manage bookings in Zenoti, drive retail sales and memberships, and help maintain luxury service and brand standards across studios.

Qualifications

• Must have NY Esthetician License and be eligible to work in the US.
• Passion for skincare and luxury customer service.
• Able to work in a client-facing hybrid role (treatment + FOH).
• Retail, memberships and client retention targets awareness.
• Willingness to travel between FACEGYM studios.

• Deliver FACEGYM's signature facial workouts following Bootcamp training.
• Welcome clients and create a luxury experience from arrival to departure.
• Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships through exceptional service.

JOIN THE FOUNDING TEAM

We're looking for a passionate Licensed Esthetician & Front of House team member who loves both delivering exceptional treatments and creating outstanding client experiences.

This is a unique hybrid role where you'll split your time between performing FACEGYM's signature facial workouts and supporting our Front of House team. You'll welcome clients, deliver results-driven workouts, manage bookings, drive retail sales and memberships, and help keep our studios running seamlessly.

Your home studio will be based at one of our Los Angeles locations, with regular travel to support our Tribeca, NoHo, Nordstrom, Saks and Upper East Side studios when required.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver FACEGYM's signature facial workouts following successful completion of Bootcamp training
• Welcome clients and create an exceptional luxury experience from arrival through to departure
• Build and maintain positive and long-lasting client relationships through exceptional customer service
• Manage bookings, client enquiries and Front of House operations using Zenoti
• Drive retail sales, memberships, rebookings and client retention
• Educate clients on FACEGYM products, services and memberships to maximise every commercial opportunity
• Maintain exceptional hygiene, operational and brand standards across the studio
• Ensure treatment rooms, workstations, tools and equipment are clean, sanitised and presented to the highest standard
• Support Trainer and Front of House teams across multiple Los Angeles studios
• Demonstrate professionalism, ownership and resourcefulness when handling client queries or concerns
• Represent FACEGYM at studio events, community activations and brand initiatives
• Support the wider studio team to ensure the day-to-day operation runs smoothly and efficiently
• Embrace FACEGYM's standards, culture and brand values at all times

JOB SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• Must be eligible to work in the US and hold a valid New York Esthetician License
• Must be passionate about skincare, facial wellness, beauty and luxury customer service
• Must be confident delivering facial treatments and working in a client-facing Front of House environment
• Must be commercially aware and motivated by retail, membership and client retention targets
• Must be flexible to travel between FACEGYM studios when required
• Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends and rotating holidays
• Must be consistently punctual, reliable, adaptable and committed to assigned work commitments
• Must be able to successfully complete FACEGYM Bootcamp training and demonstrate competency across the full workout menu
• Must be able to stand for extended periods while performing consecutive workouts and demonstrate safe body mechanics and self-care techniques
• Must be willing to support across multiple locations when necessary to further support and drive the business

PAY STRUCTURE

• Front of House / Studio Host: $25/hour
• Trainer: Greater of $25/hour or 18% service commission
• Events: $40/hour
• Retail Commission: 25% on skincare and manual tools, 10% on FACEGYM EMS and electric tools, and 5% on third-party products
• Monthly retail bonus opportunities
