Job summary

Ritual Hot Yoga is seeking a Studio Manager to lead our Chicago studio and inspire both students and instructors. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales, manage budgets, and ensure a consistently high-quality class experience for members.

Ideal candidates bring prior team leadership, coaching ability, and a passion for Ritual culture. A 200 Hour RYS is a plus but not required, with a full benefits package supporting your role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams and training staff.
• Ability to train and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Experience leading sales strategies and attaining revenue targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

They are responsible for overseeing every aspect of our luxury studio, from maintaining its vibrancy to driving continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include achieving sales metrics, managing budgets, ensuring high-quality classes, and developing strategies for member recruitment and retention. These managerial roles focus on leading the studio towards sustained growth while celebrating each success along the way.

Qualified applicants should have prior team leadership experience, including training and providing feedback to team members, and leading sales strategies. Excellent communication skills and a strong desire to lead within the Ritual culture are essential. While a 200 Hour RYS Teaching Certification is a plus, it is not required.
