Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience in fitness/wellness preferred.
• Strong sales background with proven ability to hit targets.
• Experience managing, motivating, and developing a team.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive Membership Growth: hit monthly membership and revenue goals; oversee lead generation, sales presentations, and member retention strategies.
• Build & Develop a High-Performing Team: recruit, hire, train, and coach Wellness Advisors; support and develop Teacher team; foster accountability and excellence.
• Lead Local Marketing Efforts: grassroots outreach, partnerships, events; support social media and community engagement; represent YogaSix Riverstone locally.
• Deliver an Exceptional Member Experience: ensure every member/guest feels welcomed; oversee class quality, front-desk operations, and studio cleanliness.
• Oversee Daily Studio Operations: manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, reporting; track KPIs; align with YogaSix brand standards.

As one of the fastest-growing boutique fitness brands in the country, we’re looking for a General Manager who’s ready to take ownership and lead from the front.

Position Overview

The Studio Manager is the heartbeat of the studio. You’ll lead a team of Wellness Advisors and Teachers, drive membership sales, manage operations, and build a strong, positive culture. This is a hands-on, people-focused role where you’re responsible for the studio’s overall performance, member experience, and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Membership Growth

• Lead the studio to hit monthly membership and revenue goals
• Oversee lead generation, sales presentations, and member retention strategies

Build & Develop a High-Performing Team

• Recruit, hire, train, and coach Wellness Advisors
• Support and develop the Teacher team
• Create a culture of accountability, positivity, and excellence

Lead Local Marketing Efforts

• Execute grassroots outreach, partnerships, and events
• Support social media and community engagement initiatives
• Represent YogaSix Riverstone within the local community

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience (fitness/wellness preferred)
• Strong sales background with proven ability to hit targets
• Experience managing, motivating, and developing a team
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• A passion for health, fitness, and helping people improve their lives
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (weekdays, evenings, some weekends)
