YogaSix - Northern California is seeking a General Manager to lead a busy studio. You’ll oversee sales, operations, staffing, and guest experience to drive revenue and studio profitability.
The GM will manage budgets, marketing initiatives, schedule optimization, and coach Wellness Advisors, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to YogaSix standards.

The General Manager (GM) is the cornerstone of any YogaSix studio and is responsible for its financial and experiential success. The GM is the proverbial captain of the ship, overseeing all aspects of studio functionality including Sales and Operations as well as the direct supervision of Wellness Advisors. They are also responsible for ensuring the studio is well-maintained and that customer service standards are upheld to YogaSix standards. They must have a passion for sales & customer service, take pride in their excellent communication skills, be a dedicated team leader who drives results, and be passionate about health and wellness.
A studio (yes, even a yoga studio) is a business. Therefore, the primary focus of the studio’s General manager is to manage and grow all revenue streams included:
A successful studio depends on supporting prospective students through the following life cycle:
Create and execute ongoing marketing plan based on studio needs with a focus on new client acquisition, activation, retention and loyalty
Schedule/participate in Grassroots Marketing partnerships on a weekly basis to drive new guest traffic
Social media management
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Employees must be able to work hours that may exceed 8 hours per day and/or 40 hours per week including nights and weekends, especially during peak activity periods.
May be required to sit or stand for up to four hours at a time. May be required to reach with hands and arms. Must be able to bend, lift, kneel, and drive a car. This job requires the person to climb up and down flights of stairs as elevators are not present at all locations. May be asked to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision, Distance vision, Peripheral vision, Depth perception and the ability to adjust and focus
