Job summary

BODY20 is seeking a Studio Manager in Sterling, VA to lead daily studio operations, oversee staff, and maximize member satisfaction. You will recruit, train, and coach a sales and coaching team to exceed studio goals, while driving memberships and building community relationships.

The role emphasizes creating a strong culture, executing local marketing, and maintaining brand standards with a focus on growth and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in fitness sales or studio management (Boutique Fitness preferred).
• Track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and customer service skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and community-driven.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations by overseeing all aspects of studio performance, staff management, and member satisfaction.
• Recruit, hire, train, and coach a high-performing team of Sales Associates and Coaches to exceed studio goals.
• Drive membership sales by managing lead follow-up, building client relationships, and maximizing studio utilization.
• Create a strong, positive studio culture focused on customer service, teamwork, and personal growth.
• Execute local marketing initiatives and organize in-studio and community events to build brand awareness and generate leads.
• Monitor and manage KPIs including revenue, retention, sales conversions, and client satisfaction metrics.
• Maintain operational excellence by ensuring the studio is clean, safe, fully stocked, and compliant with brand standards.
• Serve as the face of BODY20 within the community, building partnerships and representing the brand with energy and professionalism.

$45,000–$55,000 base + bonus / variable compensation
