Base pay range

$48.00/hr - $52.50/hr

Job Title: Studio Manager IV

Duration: 6 months assignment with possible extensions

Location: Hartford, CT

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily studio operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery of all video content.
• Generate and oversee the studio schedule, coordinating with Project Managers and managing schedules for videographers, editors, and other studio personnel.
• Act as the central point of contact for all studio requests (productions, edits, revisions) to maintain order and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Executive Producer to ensure the studio has the latest equipment and software to meet production needs.
• Support the Executive Producer and Executive Creative Directors in aligning video strategies and ensuring project completion.
• Manage longer-term projects and ensure all production documentation is updated in Workfront.

Required:

• Proven experience in a studio management, production coordination, or similar role within a video production environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with video production applications, software, tools, and equipment.
• Experience with project management tools, particularly Workfront.
