Job summary

Kidcreate Studio in Denver, CO is seeking a Studio Manager to lead day-to-day operations, oversee a staff of 10–25 part-time employees, and act as a liaison between staff and customers, delivering high-quality customer service while promoting art education.

You will oversee classes and birthday parties for children aged 18 months to 12 years, mentor and train team members, coordinate scheduling, inventory, invoicing, and contribute to growth with a focus on safe, fun, and educational experiences.

• Oversee day-to-day operations, including quality control and facility operations, and train, mentor, and advise studio employees to ensure optimal operations.
• Studio Managers act as liaisons between staff and customers, providing high-quality customer service.
• Oversee classes and parties for kids ages 18 months-12 years while focusing on art education and providing a safe, fun, and educational experience.
• Studio Managers oversee a staff of between 10-25 part-time employees and play an important role in hiring, training, scheduling, and disciplining staff members.
