Job summary

Kidcreate Studio in Denver is seeking a Studio Manager to help run and promote our art studio for kids aged 18 months to 12 years. You will lead day-to-day operations, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality customer service while coordinating classes and parties as needed.

• Oversee day-to-day operations, including quality control and facility operations, and train, mentor, and advise studio employees to ensure optimal operations.
• Studio Managers act as liaisons between staff and customers, providing high-quality customer service.
• On occasion, oversee classes and parties for kids ages 18 months-12 years, focusing on art education and a safe, fun, and educational experience.
• Oversee a staff of 10-25 part-time employees and participate in hiring, training, scheduling, and disciplining staff members.
• Sales and marketing responsibilities to promote the studio.
