Job summary

Clean Nutra seeks a driven studio lead to run daily livestreams and short-form video across TikTok Shop, Instagram, and TikTok. You will recruit talent, schedule on-camera rotations, and steer content to maximize GMV. The role blends sales and production, with ownership of the studio's growth from day one.

You will build the operating playbook, manage talent pipelines, and directly influence revenue through live shows, content strategy, and performance analysis in a fast-paced Las Vegas setting.

Qualifications

• Track record of driving revenue through people in sales, talent management or live production.
• Recruiter instincts: find, pitch, and close local talent.
• Strong eye for on-camera performance and selling ability.
• Some exposure to short-form video for Instagram/TikTok.
• Highly organized: manage talent roster, calendar, and live schedule.
• Systems thinker: build from scratch and document processes.
• Calm and decisive under pressure during live shows.
• Las Vegas-based preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own daily studio operations: livestreams on TikTok Shop and short-form video for Instagram and TikTok.
• Drive live GMV performance; accountable for the numbers.
• Hunt down, recruit, and manage a bench of local talent/hosts/creators.
• Own talent rotation and schedule—who's on camera, when, and how often.
• Direct and produce short-form video content daily—concepting, filming, editing, posting.
• Run live broadcasts—set direction, keep hosts on-message and selling, protect revenue.
• Monitor performance across formats—GMV, conversion, engagement, adjust talent/content mix.
• Set and enforce on-camera standards: energy, product knowledge, selling cadence, brand voice.
• Build SOPs for talent sourcing, onboarding, rotation, and content production.
• Spot underperformance early and coach or replace before it hits the number.
• Track and report on studio performance: daily GMV, revenue per host, content output, talent pipeline depth.
