VASA Fitness is hiring a STUDIO LFT Coach in Tulsa, OK. You will lead high-energy group strength workouts, coach members, and ensure a safe, engaging environment while delivering excellent service and promoting studio memberships.

The role requires a CPT certification, CPR/AED, and at least 1 year of group-fit experience. A positive, upbeat attitude and strong communication are essential for success in this vibrant team.

Formación

• 1 year of experience in personal training, small group training, or group fitness formats.
• NCCA-accredited Personal Training Certification is required.
• Current CPR/AED Certification is required.
• Experience in leading, communicating, coaching, or facilitating groups.
• Kinesiology or exercise science knowledge is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Be punctual and prepared; greet members and start class on time.
• Safely demonstrate exercises with modifications and correct form.
• Engage with members throughout the workout and coach them.
• Be approachable, professional, enthusiastic, and engaging.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to member needs.
• Recommend VASA Fitness products and amenities meeting member needs.
• Invite non-members to attend STUDIO LFT classes to grow membership.
• Coach individuals at personal levels and provide needed modifications.
• Multitask and stay organized, positive, and motivating.
• Perform post-class cleaning, sanitizing, and organization.
• Promote the STUDIO LFT product on social media when appropriate.
• Take coaching feedback and learn from it to improve.
