Job summary

VASA Fitness in Colorado is seeking a STUDIO LFT Coach to deliver high-energy, closely coached group strength workouts and provide exceptional member experiences. Coaches are friendly, upbeat, and technically proficient, able to explain the intended stimulus of each workout and modify movements to accommodate individual needs.

The role requires certification, CPR/AED, and a passion for fitness. You will lead classes, engage with members, promote VASA products, and contribute to a welcoming,

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in personal/group fitness training formats.
• Certified Personal Trainer with NCCA accreditation.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Experience leading, coaching and communicating with groups.
• Knowledge of kinesiology and exercise science.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy STUDIO LFT classes with proper form and safety.
• Be punctual, greet members, and start each class on time.
• Engage with participants throughout the workout and provide modifications.
• Offer excellent customer service and address member needs promptly.
• Promote additional VASA Fitness products and amenities to members.
• Encourage non-members to try STUDIO LFT classes to grow participation.
• Coach individuals to meet their fitness levels with individualized modifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workout space after classes.
• Engage with social media to promote classes and celebrate member wins.
