VASA Fitness is seeking a Studio LFT Coach to deliver high-energy, closely coached group strength training and exceptional member experiences. You will lead sessions, demonstrate movements with modifications, and ensure safety and motivation throughout classes.

The role emphasizes coaching diverse fitness levels, engaging members, and promoting VASA products while maintaining a positive, inclusive gym environment. This is a on-site studio position with opportunities to grow within the program.

Competenze

• 1 year of experience in personal training, small group or group fitness formats.
• NCAA-accredited Personal Training Certification (NCCA).
• Current CPR/AED Certification.
• Experience leading, coaching and facilitating groups.

Mansioni

• Be punctual and greet members at the door to start each class on time.
• Safely demonstrate exercises with modifications and correct form.
• Actively engage and coach throughout the workouts.
• Be approachable, professional, enthusiastic, and engaging.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote VASA offerings.
