Job summary

VASA Fitness in Livonia, MI is hiring a STUDIO LFT Coach to deliver high-energy, closely coached group strength workouts and create exceptional member experiences.

As a STUDIO LFT Coach, you will demonstrate correct form, coach participants at all fitness levels, and uphold safety and cleanliness while fostering a welcoming, energetic environment. This role requires a year of group fitness experience and certifications.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in Personal Training, Small Group Training, CrossFit, Collegiate/Private Strength & Conditioning, or group fitness formats.
• NCCA-accredited Personal Training Certification.
• Current CPR/AED Certification.
• Experience in leading, communicating, coaching, teaching, or facilitating a group of people.
• General knowledge of kinesiology and exercise science.

Responsibilities

• Be punctual and prepared, greet members and set up the room for each class.
• Safely demonstrate exercises with modifications and correct form.
• Actively coach and engage members throughout the workouts.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote VASA Fitness products.
• Encourage non-STUDIO members to attend STUDIO LFT classes to grow membership.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workout space.
