Job summary

VASA Fitness in Waterloo, IA is seeking a Studio LFT Coach to deliver high-energy, closely coached group strength classes while providing exceptional member experiences. You will coach, correct form, and scale workouts to individual abilities, driving engagement and retention within a welcoming community.

As a certified personal trainer with CPR/AED, you’ll lead classes, maintain safety, and promote the VASA culture.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in personal training or group fitness formats.
• NCCA-accredited Personal Training Certification.
• Current CPR/AED Certification.
• Experience leading, coaching, or facilitating groups.

Responsibilities

• Be punctual and prepared, greet members and start classes on time.
• Demonstrate exercises with modifications and ensure safety.
• Engage actively, coach, and connect with members throughout workouts.
• Maintain high energy, professionalism, and customer service.
• Encourage non-members to attend STUDIO LFT classes and grow membership.
