Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Commercial Architecture Design preferred.
• Licensed Architect preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills essential.
• Proficient with Adobe Suite and SketchUp required.
• Revit and AutoCAD experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to develop relationships and determine project goals.
• Develop design options for site and buildings.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and mentor junior team members in design documentation.
• Follow projects from inception through construction to maintain design quality.
• Coordinate the Interior Design team for cohesive design in spec buildings.
• Understand work plans and budgets and manage hours and deliverables.
• Create innovative conceptual and schematic designs for architectural projects.
• Present design options and shape client goals.
• Build strong client relationships while driving design excellence.
• Guide and mentor team members and collaborate with project teams.
