Studs, a leading ear piercing and jewelry brand, is seeking a Studio Supervisor in Dallas to support daily operations and maintain a high-standard customer experience.

You will open and close the Studio, lead floor activities during peak periods, and model our service standards while ensuring safety and brand integrity. This is a non-managerial role that requires ownership and reliable leadership.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a keyholder or shift lead role.
• Availability to work up to 5 days per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift 20 lbs.
• Demonstrates professionalism and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the Studio independently with accurate procedures.
• Lead floor during shifts to balance sales and service goals.
• Uphold safety, cleanliness, and brand standards.
