Job summary

Studs is seeking a Studio Supervisor in Dallas, TX. This part-time role pays an hourly rate of $17 and reports to the Studio Manager.

The position emphasizes independent operations, frontline leadership, and delivering a consistent Studs customer and brand experience. Responsibilities include opening/closing the Studio, guiding floor activities during peak times, and maintaining safety, service standards, and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a keyholder or shift lead role with independent operations and opening/closing responsibilities.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliably attend work for up to 29 hours per week and maintain professionalism in a customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the Studio independently and ensures procedures are followed.
• Supports visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and Studio upkeep.
• Acts as floor leader during shifts to help achieve sales and service goals.
