Creatify Studio in Mountain View seeks an experienced former agency owner or senior operator to shape our Studio into a scalable, AI-driven agency model. You will drive end-to-end client experience, pricing, and delivery, while partnering with product and engineering to embed real client needs into the platform.

You will hire and lead creative strategists, design repeatable playbooks, and own margins and retention in a fast-moving startup.

Formación

• Founded or ran a creative, performance marketing, or social media agency and led P&L.
• Personally owned client relationships: sold, defended, and retained clients for years.
• Deep fluency in performance creative: hooks, formats, testing, and data-driven decisions.
• Genuine excitement about AI-generated video and new operating models for agencies.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Studio client experience end to end from pitch to renewal.
• Apply agency judgment to brief quality, hooks, testing, and winning creative strategy.
• Design and refine Studio operating model: pricing, packaging, SLAs, margins, workflows for scale.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to shape the Creatify platform based on client work needs.
• Lead and hire creative strategists and producers as Studio grows.
• Turn agency playbooks into repeatable, scalable processes for delivery and retention.
