Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in IT infrastructure support.
• Solid understanding of network fundamentals.
• Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the studio network infrastructure.
• Plan and coordinate infrastructure upgrade projects.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Administer Azure AD / Entra ID and Microsoft 365.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot incidents.

Skills

Network fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-directed problem solver

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
