Job summary

The Walt Disney Company in Burbank is seeking an Operations Manager, Infrastructure Services for the Burbank Studio Lot to lead day-to-day operations, maintenance, and reliability of campus infrastructure supporting studio production and corporate operations.

You will oversee a large multi-trade team, manage budgets, drive preventive maintenance, and coordinate with engineering, safety, and labor relations to deliver safe, cost-effective services that meet business needs and asset lifecycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, construction management, or related field.
• 7+ years in facilities ops or infrastructure services.
• Experience with CMMS/EAM systems.
• Experience leading union trades on a large campus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day infrastructure operations for the Burbank Studio Lot.
• Manage multi-trade operations across Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Landscaping, and more.
• Balance reactive work with preventive maintenance and client service.
• Maintain documentation for assets, drawings, and procedures.
