Job summary

SoulCycle is seeking a part-time Studio Crew member in Ardmore, PA to deliver exceptional hospitality, build community among riders, and support studio operations. You will assist instructors, help drive paid rides and retail sales, and keep the studio clean and welcoming.

Availability includes at least 20 hours per week with one weekend day required. Ideal candidates bring a passion for people, strong customer service, and a team-oriented mindset, with flexibility to work peak holiday shifts

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Hospitality mindset and guest-focused approach.
• Ability to upsell class packs, memberships, and retail.
• Strong teamwork and willingness to train others.
• Willingness to assist in first aid situations.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive work style.

Responsibilities

• Curate personalized rider experiences with high-level hospitality.
• Build community with riders and anticipate their wants and needs.
• Support instructors with class check-in and assist in first aid when needed.
• Drive studio goals through selling and knowledge of products.
• Assist with daily tasks, training new hires, and fostering team camaraderie.
• Maintain studio aesthetics and cleanliness across all areas.
