Job summary

Squeeze Massage in San Antonio is seeking an experienced Studio General Manager to lead our studio operations, coach a high-performing team, and drive membership and retail growth. This full-time role requires Wednesday–Sunday availability and offers a base salary with bonus potential, plus comprehensive benefits.

You will oversee daily shop activities, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and lead a business-focused team to achieve sales targets while maintaining a guest-first culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in high-volume retail service businesses.
• Experience in driving membership, retail and studio revenue.
• Strong coaching and people-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day studio operations and team performance.
• Drive membership, retail and overall studio revenue.
• Recruit, onboard, coach and retain a high-performing team.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Build schedules and ensure appropriate staffing.
• Manage payroll/timekeeping, inventory and operational controls.
• Partner on local marketing and community relationships.
