Job summary

Pure Barre Mansfield is seeking a Front Desk Sales Associate to welcome clients, check them in, answer questions and process retail sales. You will be the frontline for new member growth, guiding prospects through the membership path with a positive experience.

Responsibilities include tours, lead generation, building relationships, closing memberships, and providing unmatched customer service to current members. Boutique fitness knowledge is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Able to build strong customer relationships and meet sales goals.
• Proficient in communication via in-person, phone, and email.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation, follow-up, and close of sales.
• Conduct tours and build relationships with prospective members.
• Present services and convert prospects to memberships.
• Book quality clients into Foundations Classes.
• Promote the studio at events and training programs.
• Input inventory for retail items and process transactions.
• Take photos for social media and assist with clean-up.
