BODYROK Orlando Franchise seeks a Studio Advisor to support studio members and guests and assist instructors in creating a welcoming environment. You will generate revenue by developing relationships with potential, new, and existing members to increase enrollment and package purchases.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with inquiries, ensuring check-in procedures, and contributing to a clean, friendly studio.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years customer service or sales experience preferred.
• 1-2 years MindBody software experience preferred.
• Competitive drive to succeed in commission sales and performance based culture.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of sales practices and techniques.
• Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong communication skills in both oral and written.
• Must be available to work at least 2 weekend days per month.

Responsabilités

• Greet members and guests and ensure check-in procedures are followed.
• Drive sales through member promotions, referrals, and inquiries.
• Promote specials and reach out to potential members via email.
• Handle member service issues and billing questions.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
