Job summary

Advergrid in San Francisco seeks an experienced accounting professional to own the monthly close and ensure precise financial reporting for a growing studio. You will partner with producers on engagement forecasting and help maintain strong financial controls.

This hands-on role covers accounts payable/receivable and payroll workflows, while coordinating with external tax and audit partners to support scalable financial operations in a US-based SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional accounting experience.
• Familiarity with US GAAP and SaaS revenue recognition.
• Working knowledge of Xero or QuickBooks.
• Comfort working closely with non-finance partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly close and quarterly financial reporting.
• Partner with producers on engagement margin and forecasting.
• Own accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll workflows.
• Lead the relationship with our external tax and audit partners.
