Job summary

Peachy is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator (Studio Experience Specialist) in Austin, TX. You will be the client journey expert, greeting clients, guiding them through the visit, and driving personalized product recommendations to enhance the experience.

You will collaborate with clinical staff to deliver a best-in-class studio visit, maintain shop appearance, manage scheduling with remote teams, and uphold Peachy core values while providing exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications

• Client-facing experience in customer service, hospitality, high-end retail or wellness services.
• Ability to work a minimum of 18 hours per week with weekend availability.
• Commitment to HIPAA privacy practices and infection-control standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and ensure seamless check-in/out.
• Understand client needs, recommend products/services, upsell where appropriate.
• Execute sales strategies to meet personal and team goals while delivering great client experience.
• Collaborate with Studio Manager and Clinical Providers for a best-in-class studio experience.
• Communicate with remote Customer Service to maintain client schedules.
