Peachy is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator, known internally as a Studio Experience Specialist, in East Austin to greet clients, manage check-in/out, and deliver a welcoming, educational studio experience. You will upsell Peachy products, support Clinical Providers, coordinate with remote Customer Service for appointments, and uphold infection control and HIPAA practices while embodying Peachy core values.

• Client-facing experience in customer service, hospitality, high-end retail or wellness services.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 18 hours per week with weekend availability.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Minimum age 18.

Responsabilidades

• Greet clients and manage check-in/check-out.
• Build client relationships and upsell Peachy products and services.
• Execute sales strategies to hit individual and team goals.
• Collaborate with Team Members and Clinical Providers for a best-in-class studio experience.
• Provide high-quality service and hospitality and discuss Peachy treatments and aftercare products.
• Coordinate with remote Customer Service for appointments.
• Demonstrate Peachy core values and maintain inclusive culture.
• Complete studio opening and closing tasks.
• Maintain studio appearance, replenish products, and clean areas.
• Adhere to infection control standards and HIPAA privacy practices.
