Job summary

Peachy is seeking a Studio Experience Specialist (Front Desk Coordinator) in Austin, TX. You will greet clients, drive sales through personalized recommendations, and ensure a seamless studio experience from check-in to checkout.

Responsibilities include upselling, coordinating with clinical providers, maintaining studio appearance, and adhering to infection control and HIPAA standards. Weekend shifts are required, with flexible weekday hours to meet the 18-hour minimum.

Qualifications

• Client-facing experience in customer service, hospitality, high-end retail or wellness services.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 18 hours per week with weekend availability; some holiday shifts may be required.
• Employees must complete a weekday half-shift and a weekend half-shift to reach 18 hours.
• Minimum of 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and ensure seamless check-in/check-out.
• Build client relationships, understand needs, recommend products, and upsell.
• Execute sales strategies to meet personal and team goals while maintaining great client experience.
• Collaborate with team and Clinical Providers to deliver best-in-class studio experiences.
• Provide high-quality service and hospitality, answer questions about treatment options and aftercare products.
• Communicate with remote Customer Service to manage client scheduling and appointments.
• Model Peachy's core values and foster an inclusive culture with staff and clients.
• Complete studio opening and closing tasks.
• Maintain studio appearance, replenish products, stock room, and clean common areas.
• Adhere to infection control standards and HIPAA privacy practices.
