Job summary

Peachy in Atlanta is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to lead the studio experience team and support operations. This role blends hospitality and care, delivering consistent client service while upholding Peachy brand standards.

You will collaborate with the Lead Clinical Provider, coach staff, manage schedules, and help plan events. A minimum 1 year in a leadership role and flexible weekend hours are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a leadership/management role in hospitality, high-end retail or wellness services.
• Flexible to work in multiple studio locations within a reasonable distance to your home studio.
• Available to work a Full-Time weekly schedule including four shifts of ten hours; weekends required.
• Minimum of 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all company-wide initiatives, operational procedures, and safety protocols are executed within the studio.
• Partner with the Lead Clinical Provider to foster an inclusive culture with team members and clients in line with Peachy values.
• Coach to execute sales strategies and initiatives to achieve individual and team performance goals while delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Provide consistent, high-quality service and hospitality to clients, answer questions about Peachy treatment options and promote Peachy after care products.
• Accountable for studio metric performance: sets the daily plan, coaches the team against goals, and escalates trends that need district-level support.
• Communicate with remote Customer Service team to maintain client schedule, including new client and rescheduled client appointments.
• Uphold Peachy's Brand Standards across all studio experiences, ensuring consistency in service, tone, and visual identity.
• Support the planning, setup, and hosting of in-studio events and activations with partner brands to reflect Peachy's value.
• Ensure completion of studio opening and closing responsibilities.
• Maintain studio appearance, replenish products, maintain stock room, clean common areas.
• Adhere to infection control standards including hand hygiene, PPE use, and equipment disinfection/sterilization; HIPAA privacy practices.
