Job summary

Hawaii Fluid Art is a fast-growing experiential art brand that brings people together through creativity and the aloha spirit. We are seeking enthusiastic, creative, part-time Studio Team Members who love art and enjoy working with people in a playful environment.

You’ll lead engaging art classes, assist with setup and maintenance, help guests with color choices, and manage transactions while promoting a welcoming studio culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or arts-based businesses preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Energetic, positive, and people-oriented.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Basic tech skills with POS and scheduling platforms.
• Art experience not required but a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun and engaging art classes for individuals and groups.
• Provide welcoming environment and positive guest experience.
• Assist with studio setup, cleanup, and inventory.
• Help customers with color choices, techniques, and ideas.
• Handle transactions and bookings.
• Support events, private parties, and community outreach.
• Handle retail and gallery sales.
• Oversee POS and cash handling procedures.
