Job summary

CorePower Yoga is seeking a Studio Coordinator to support a world-class studio experience and ensure top health and safety standards. You will collaborate with the Studio Manager to drive studio goals and learn studio operations.

The role requires coordinating studio systems, engaging with the community, and supporting the Teaching Schedule with weekly class commitments. Join a values-driven team focused on growth and service.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service is required.
• Completion of a Yoga Alliance 200-hour program is preferred.
• Yoga Sculpt teacher training is preferred.
• Familiar with studio systems such as POS, HRIS, scheduling and payroll systems.
• Ability to build relationships across diverse personalities and seniority levels.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• College BA/BS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador of CorePower Yoga Core Values at all times.
• Support the Studio Manager in goals including membership growth, retail, community outreach, recruitment, and programming enrollment.
• Maintain 18–29 hours per week in studio, support health protocols, front desk guidance, and team support.
• Manage studio operations and inventory to ensure supplies for students.
• Engage with the studio community; greet students and foster belonging.
• Support teachers' learning experience with POS and pre/post class duties.
• Lead orientation for new Studio Experience Team members.
