Job summary

CorePower Yoga, LLC is seeking a Studio Coordinator to support a world-class studio experience, coordinating operations, health and safety, and teaching schedules alongside the Studio Manager.

You will engage with the studio community, manage front desk duties, assist with recruitment and onboarding for the Studio Experience Team, and help grow memberships while upholding CorePower’s values.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate CorePower Yoga Core Value.
• Excellent oral communication skills, professionalism and interpersonal skills are required.
• Experience in Customer Service required.
• Completion of a Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour program is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ambassador of CorePower Yoga Core Values at all times and consistently inspire these values in others
• Support the Studio Manager in achieving company and studio level goals, including membership growth, retail sales, community outreach, teacher and SET recruitment, and programming enrollment
• Commit to flexible schedule of 18-29 hours per week in studio in support of operations coordination and teaching (if certified)
• Must be flexible with schedule availability within the hourly commitment in service of the studio and team
• Responsibly run the studio, including by acting as the point of contact for students and staff when Studio Manager is not present, up to 20 hours per week
• Support maintaining an appropriate level of studio supply inventory so that all provisions and amenities are available for students at all times including cleanliness inventory, locker room amenities, towels, programming materials, etc.
• Engage and know your studio community consistently; greet students by name, serve as an ambassador of yoga both inside and outside of the studio, and spend quality time at the front desk fostering community
• Support our teachers learning experience of working the POS and other pre/post class duties
