Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Peabody, MA is seeking a Class Experience Lead to elevate member experiences across all classes, from studio to yoga. You will coach instructors, mentor staff, and partner with the Concierge Manager to guide members to the right classes.

You’ll ensure welcoming spaces with the right ambiance and aroma, maintain front desk coordination, and help update class content on social platforms. The role requires a high school diploma and leadership experience, with fitness

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of leadership or management experience
• National Group Fitness and/or LifePower Yoga Certification
• Fitness and Nutrition Certification

Responsibilities

• Mentors, develops, and coaches team members to achieve the best experiences.
• Manage best spaces; clean, organized and smell right.
• Member connection; weekly connect with concierge manager, work front desk, walking the café and workout floor.
• Update Class content on club Facebook group.
