Job summary

CorePower Yoga is seeking a Studio Coordinator to support studio operations, uphold health and safety standards, and deliver a world-class student experience. You will collaborate with the Studio Manager, manage front desk duties, and coordinate with the SET team to maintain exceptional service and cleanliness.

As part of the team, you will teach a minimum of six CorePower Yoga classes weekly (if certified) and help drive membership growth, retail sales, and community outreach while coordinating

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate CorePower Yoga Core Value.
• Excellent oral communication skills, professionalism and exceptional interpersonal skills are required.
• Experience in Customer Service required.
• Completion of a Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour program is preferred.
• Yoga Sculpt teacher training is preferred.
• Familiar and comfortable in studio systems such as the HRIS, intranet, point of sale systems, company scheduling and payroll systems, etc.
• Ability to build relationships with individuals with diverse personalities and styles and at different levels of seniority.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can prioritize while working under multiple deadlines.
• Proven self-starter with ability to take on new projects with enthusiasm.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Excellent Time Management skills.
• Ability to take initiative and prioritize.
• College (BA/BS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach a minimum of 6 CorePower Yoga classes per week and sub as needed.
• Coordinate health, safety and cleanliness protocols in the studio.
• Assist SET in interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training and handling no-shows.
• Lead Orientation for new Studio Experience Team members and train them on cleanliness protocol.
• Coordinate studio systems and act as liaison between Studio Manager and teaching/SET teams.
• Support the studio class schedule and assist in community outreach and member growth.
