Job summary

CorePower Yoga, LLC is seeking a Studio Coordinator to support daily studio operations, safety standards, and front desk leadership. The role collaborates with the Studio Manager to hit membership goals, drive retail and programming enrollment, and maintain a high-quality student experience.

Ideal candidates will have strong customer service experience, a Yoga Alliance 200-hour certification, and the ability to teach six classes weekly if certified.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate CorePower Yoga Core Value.
• Excellent oral communication skills and professionalism required.
• Experience in customer service required.
• Completion of a Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour program preferred.
• Yoga Sculpt teacher training is preferred.
• Familiar with studio systems such as HRIS, intranet, POS, scheduling and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Support Studio Manager in achieving company and studio level goals (membership growth, retail, programming enrollment).
• Coordinate studio operations, health and safety protocols, and front desk guidance.
• Lead orientation and training for Studio Experience Team members.
• Manage studio supply inventory and facilities cleanliness.
• Assist with recruiting and scheduling of SET team and performers.
• Teach a minimum of six CorePower Yoga classes per week if certified.
