Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Equipment Supervisor to manage photo/video equipment across studios, ensuring top service and maintaining in-house inventory. You will coordinate rentals with vendors, supervise staff, and uphold SOPs and safety standards to support client projects.

You will also handle equipment check-out/check-in with production teams, organize staging workflows, and ensure secure, orderly workspaces while maintaining equipment security protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 year of experience with digital photography/videography studio or equipment assistance.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with Canon and Profoto systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee unpacking/packing of studio gear for next day/project.
• Manage lighting and grip orders, staging, testing of equipment.
• Coordinate check-out/check-in with production and clients; ensure equipment logged in SOPs.
• Lead inventory tracking, audits, and reconciliation; ensure proper logging in RentalWorks.
• Supervise EQ Assistants/contractors; provide guidance and training.
