Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a senior club leader who owns 2-4 in-center programs (Studio, Cycle, Yoga, and Signature Group Training) and mentors coaches to deliver best-in-class performances.

This role focuses on recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent, managing department budgets, scheduling, and driving branded program delivery to boost club performance and member engagement.

Qualifications

• National Group Fitness and/or Yoga Certification is required.
• Fitness and Nutrition Certification is preferred.
• 2+ years of leadership or managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Scouts talent, conducts interviews, and onboarding support for new hires.
• Provides clear coaching to direct reports and enforces policies with timely feedback.
• Improves cross-functional team effectiveness and aligns club and company goals.
• Builds positive relationships with members and staff to foster community.
• Manages schedules for staff and for Studio, Cycle, Yoga, and Group Training classes.
• Stays current on industry trends and best practices.
• Manages budgets and delivers on club business goals and participation targets.
• Teaches 4 weekly classes to review offerings and gather member feedback.
