Job summary

Tracksuit is building an in-house creative studio for a B2B SaaS brand, seeking a senior leader who is both creative director and editor-in-chief to set vision and ensure every asset ships.

You’ll lead a small team and partner with growth, brand and product. The role blends hands-on creation with leadership, with offices in New York and a culture that balances flexibility with an office-first approach.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-disciplinary creative teams from concept to launch.
• Proven track record shipping integrated campaigns at a high craft level with varying budgets.
• Ability to set vision, influence senior stakeholders, and tie creative decisions to strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts, campaigns, and brand platform work across every channel and format.
• Provide creative direction across the full department; authority extends beyond direct reports.
• Manage and grow writers, video editors, TikTokers, social media managers and other talent.
• Concept and create key pieces yourself to stay craft-focused; act as player/coach.
• Work with product, growth, and marketing science to turn briefs into ideas that travel.
• Brief and direct freelancers and production crews during campaigns and big brand moments.
• Set processes, review cadences, and maintain quality as the department scales.
• Keep voice, tone, and identity consistent across all touchpoints.
