Job summary

Changing Lives Productions, Dhar Mann Studios’ video production arm, seeks a Production Assistant to support on-set operations for our motivational content. You will assist the Director, Producer, and Cast, manage talent, ensure equipment is ready, and help with props, wardrobe, and paperwork.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years on-set experience, works well under pressure, lifts 30–50 lbs, and is flexible about early mornings, late nights, and weekends to keep shoots running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years on-set production experience (sound, lighting, slating, etc).
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and handle on-set tasks.
• Flexible schedule; on-call at various times including early mornings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support Director, Cast, and Producer with on-set tasks.
• Assist with sound and lighting setup as needed.
• Mark down talent for blocking and manage talent on set.
• Ensure all equipment is charged and ready for shoots.
• Organize props and wardrobe for on-set shoots.
• Complete necessary paperwork before shoots for actors.
• Oversee freelance actors and actresses during production.
• Report to Production Senior Manager.
