Lucid Motors in New Jersey is seeking a Studio Associate to deliver exceptional, personalized customer interactions in our studio. You will be the first Lucid ambassador, welcoming guests, explaining products, and guiding them through the early Lucid journey with enthusiasm and care.

Responsibilities include using Salesforce to manage interactions, conducting test drives, learning the product landscape, and helping maintain studio operations and events.

Studio Associate

Lucid is building a brand centred around sustainability and the human experience. We’re looking for enthusiastic and conscientious Studio Associates to build Lucid with us.

As a Studio Associate in a Lucid studio your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional, personalized customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Be a critical Lucid Ambassador, the first point of engagement guests will have with Lucid.
• Welcome guests in an engaging, courteous and sincere manner.
• Demonstrate excitement and create intrigue about Lucid products.
• Effectively gauge customer needs through personalized interactions and insightful questioning.
• Maintain and build a robust customer pipeline through disciplined practices.
• Utilize Salesforce as a CRM tool to track and manage customer interactions with consistent and timely engagement.
• Conduct test drives and articulate desired points of interest to ensure an exceptional experience while driving Lucid vehicles.
• Take initiative to understand competitor models and packages in order to educate customers on why Lucid is the right choice.
• Effectively communicate the benefits of Lucid products and being a member of the Lucid community.
• Gauge guests' requirements and interests to deliver a personalized and relevant interaction.
• Be responsible for lead capture and progression of guests through the initial part of the Lucid journey.
• Manage and overcome customer challenges in a cordial and calm manner.
• Ensure all studio assets are presentable and consistent with the Lucid brand image.
• Observe studio operations, identify pain points or bottlenecks, and suggest creative improvements.
• Remains available for ad‑hoc activities to improve studio operations and customer experiences.
• Support local marketing initiatives and events to build brand awareness.
• Maintain a continuing desire to learn and develop to progress your career with Lucid Motors.
• Assist with daily operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Completed, or working towards, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Exceptional people skills including strong oral and written communication, empathy and active listening ability.
• Ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
• Conscientious, responsible and reliable.
• Curiosity and passion for electric vehicles and the premium vehicle market and competitive landscape.
• Comfortable operating in an ambiguous retail environment.
• Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Flexible availability including extended holiday mall hours, holidays and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year. Drivers under 21 must have maintained a driver’s license for a minimum of three years and successfully complete Lucid Training upon hire.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay (hourly): $23 USD

Eligible employees may also participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual cash incentive program. Incentive and equity awards, if applicable, are determined based on individual performance, role scope, market considerations, and overall company results in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
