We are building a luxury brand centered around sustainability and the human experience. We’re looking for enthusiastic and conscientious Studio Associates to build Lucid with us.

Role

As a Studio Associate you will deliver exceptional, personalized customer interactions, serving as the first point of engagement for guests.

• Act as a critical Lucid Ambassador.
• Welcome guests in an engaging, courteous and sincere manner.
• Demonstrate excitement and create intrigue about Lucid products.
• Perform needs assessment through personalized interaction and insightful questioning.
• Maintain and build a robust customer pipeline.
• Utilize Salesforce to track and manage customer interactions.
• Conduct test drives and articulate desired points of interest to ensure an exceptional driving experience.
• Understand competitor models and packages to educate customers.
• Communicate the benefits of Lucid products and community.
• Gauge guests’ requirements and interests to deliver a personalized interaction.
• Capture leads and progress guests through the initial part of the Lucid journey.
• Handle customer challenges in a cordial and calm manner.
• Ensure studio assets are presentable and consistent with the Lucid brand image.
• Identify pain points or bottlenecks during daily studio operations and propose improvements.
• Support local marketing initiatives and events.
• Stay eager to learn and develop to progress your career.
• Assist with daily operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Completed, or working toward, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
• Exceptional people skills – strong oral and written communication, empathy, and active listening.
• Ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
• Conscientious, responsible, and reliable.
• Curiosity and passion for electric vehicles and the premium vehicle market.
• Comfortable operating in an ambiguous retail environment.
• Physical capability to twist, bend, squat, reach, and stand for extended periods (with or without reasonable accommodation).
• Familiarity with CRM tools a plus.
• Flexible availability, including extended holiday mall hours, holidays, and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year (drivers under 21 must meet licensing requirements).

Base Pay

$23 per hour.
