A modern luxury brand is seeking a highly organized and proactive Studio Assistant to support daily operations in their Soho studio in New York City. The role offers hands-on exposure to studio operations, e-commerce, and client experience. Responsibilities include managing studio shipping, maintaining a polished showroom, and assisting with inventory. This full-time position requires in-person presence in Soho, with a flexible schedule of either Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Studio Assistant to support the daily operations of our Soho studio. This role offers hands-on exposure across studio operations, e-commerce, client experience, and brand support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all studio shipping, including VIP client orders, e-commerce fulfillment, and press/sample send-outs
• Maintain an impeccably organized, presentation-ready showroom and studio, including daily upkeep and decor
• Support clients shopping in the showroom, providing a polished and attentive experience
• Assist with e-commerce operations and inventory pulls
• Oversee sample organization, tracking, and movement across teams and vendors
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the studio and wider team

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Previous experience in fashion, retail, or studio operations preferred

Schedule & Location

• Full-time, in-person role based in Soho, NYC
