Job summary

Hermosa Jewelry in Mt. Pleasant, SC is seeking a motivated retail associate to join our team. This full-time role requires a sales-minded individual who loves jewelry and fashion and can provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include operating the cash register, sizing and welding permanent jewelry (training provided), maintaining a tidy store, receiving new stock, and helping with events. Weekend and some holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or sales experience is required.
• Must be able to work a full work day (7+ hours) 10am-6pm.
• Must be able to work on weekends.
• Must be available to work on certain holidays.
• Genuinely interested in jewelry and fashion.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and balance drawers.
• Sizing and welding permanent jewelry on customers (training provided).
• Maintain a clean and organized store.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Receive new stock and update inventory levels.
• Achieve established goals.
• Assist with private parties after hours and pop up events.
• Gift wrapping.

Hermosa specializes in producing high quality handcrafted beaded jewelry and Permanent Jewelry. We are looking for a motivated individual who loves people to join our fun and encouraging team.

About The Position

• Work at our Mt. Pleasant, SC location
• Full Time / 5 days per week
• Retail and/or sales experience required
• Must be able to work a full work day (7+ hours) 10am- 6pm

• Knowledge of jewelry and metals is preferred (training provided)
